The Mezzanine Consulting Process
The Mezzanine consulting process is simple, effective and client focused.
First, a member of the Mezzanine team meets with the client to discuss a potential project. This meeting allows the client to get to know the Mezzanine team and review specific consulting requirements.
Based on this discussion, Mezzanine will evaluate the client’s challenges and develop a plan, in the form of a proposal, to address the requirements in a timely, effective and cost efficient manner. Mezzanine uses ethnography, statistical evaluation, executive interviewing, large scale telephone interviewing, online surveying, and other innovative and practical approaches to developing market intelligence. We apply the right tools and channels to achieve the insights you seek, at a budget that works for you.
Once the client approves the proposal, Mezzanine moves forward with a project kick-off and begins research gathering.
During the project, Mezzanine communicates continuously with the client through interim updates and milestone meetings.
Following data gathering and analysis, Mezzanine develops key findings and insights and formulates recommendations to the client. All work is then compiled in a final report that addresses the project objectives and identifies appropriate actions. If the client situation calls for planning, an Action Plan of tactics,
responsibilities, goals and deadlines is then developed in collaboration
with the client.
