  1. Assess your market. This is a critical first step in building an effective and impact driven marketing plan. During this first step, we complete research to provide a fact-based understanding of your market, competitors, and customers.

        a. Your Market. Delivers an overview on your market, the size, trends, threats and       the opportunities for growth.
        b. Your Competitors. Delivers an overview on what your competitors are offering,
        how they are operating in the market, what their apparent strategies are, and what it
        means to you and your customers.
        c. Your Customers. Delivers an overview on how your customers and potential
        customers evaluate and make decisions on buying your particular products or
        services.

  2. Create your marketing plan. This is a collaborative, 3 to 4 week process that defines your marketing strategy by setting goals and objectives, and identifying the marketing tools that are aligned with your business goals. From there, we build a budget and plan for the marketing tools we’ve chosen, identifying timelines, action items and benchmarks for success.

    The marketing tools we choose are based on our experience of what works and what suits your business and your goals.

  3. Execute your marketing plan. For this third service, Mezzanine takes responsibility for executing your plan, working with you on a monthly retainer basis to ensure your marketing engine runs smoothly. With Mezzanine managing your marketing execution, the focus is on measuring your marketing effectiveness, helping you to grow your business.
