Our Approach
A Best Practices Assessment involves 4 stages:
Stage One:
Collect relevant information about your initiative, function or process to
understand your objectives and requirements. If appropriate, gather internal
perceptions of your current level of performance.
Stage Two:
Identify companies that are best-in-class or have achieved success in similar
initiatives by leveraging a vast network of experts across diverse industries in
North America and globally.
Stage Three:
Conduct research through published sources including proprietary research
houses, industry associations and others to create a foundation of knowledge. We
then conduct interviews with key contributors at target organizations to
understand the specific ways they have achieved success.
Stage Four:
Synthesize and analyze findings to determine best practices. Prepare practical
recommendations on how to develop, launch and measure initiatives, including
setting expectations and developing a tactical implementation plan if
appropriate.
